Grow Extra-Give Extra
This marks the fifth year of our successful food donation project! Thanks to the incredible generosity of several members, we were able to donate an impressive 1,281 pounds of fresh produce to those in need, even with the challenges of this year's growing season. The diverse harvest included a wide variety of items, such as:
Vegetables: Summer Squash, Peppers, Tomatoes, Radishes, Cucumbers, Beans, Winter Squash, Onions, Potatoes, Pumpkins, Kohlrabi, Carrots, Cabbage, Green Onions, Asparagus, Corn, Rhubarb
Fruits: Cantaloupe, Watermelon, Apples
