  • Moriane Park Technical College 700 Gould Street Beaver Dam, WI, 53916 United States (map)

Kokedama by Nikki Poetter. Kokedama is a Japanese gardening technique that involves growing plants in a ball of soil covered in moss and wrapped with string or twine. The word Kokedama translates to "moss ball", and the technique originated from the centuries-old Nearai bonsai method. We will demonstrate how to create your own Kokedama. Nikki is a Certified Master Gardener and board member. She enjoys learning new skills and sharing her love of gardening with others.
