Perennial Vegetables with Dodge County Certified Master Gardener Carol Shirk

Have you ever considered planting horseradish, asparagus, rhubarb, Egyptian onions, or garlic?  Or do you simply have some questions about your existing beds? Join Master Gardener volunteer Carol Shirk and learn how to get started, get planting tips, learn care and maintenance, explore variety choices, and get more information about these perennial vegetables.

Carol Shirk has been a Master Gardener for more than 29 years.  Raised on a dairy farm in Indiana where her family grew most of what they ate, she has been gardening for more years than she cares to remember.  She is an active member of Dodge County Master Gardener Association and enjoys every opportunity to help others learn to garden.
